Withdrawal, Return, Transport Damage or Loss

Use this form to start your RMA request (Return Merchandise Authorization). It allows us to handle returns, repairs, or complaints quickly and correctly. Please fill out the form completely and describe the reason for your return as precisely as possible. The form is an essential part of our returns and repair process. Shipments without prior RMA registration cannot be accepted.

Withdrawal and Return

You may return unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase at your own expense to receive a credit note.

The refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method after we have received your return.

If you would like to receive another item, please place a new order in our online shop. Offsetting with the return is not possible.


Important Notes on Returns

  • In all cases, the form must be completed and submitted in full.
  • Returns by phone are not possible.
  • Shipments without prior registration via the form cannot be accepted.
  • Please complete the error description carefully.
  • Incomplete forms will delay or prevent processing.

Tip: We recommend insured shipping with tracking. You are free to choose the logistics provider.

Service Cases & Procedure

Repair & Warranty

  • Within the warranty period (2 years): Defective products can be sent in for repair free of charge.
  • After the warranty period: Items can be sent in at your own expense to obtain a repair cost estimate.

Transport Damage, Loss, Wrong Delivery

You can report a transport damage, shipment loss or a wrong delivery. Transport damage must be proven with clear photos.


Process After Registration

  • You will receive by email: a confirmation, your RMA return number and the return label.
  • The return label must be included with your shipment.
  • The return address is stated on the return label.

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 10 business days.
